Get in the holiday spirit with these liquor infused cakes and cupcakes. We will teach you how to make 3 of the most decadent spirit filled desserts of the holiday season.  In this four hour, hands-on class, you will learn the following:

  • Tried and true recipes for Pina Colada Cake, Irish Cream Bendt Cake and Caribbean Eggnog cupcakes.

  • Proper measuring techniques to insure consistent results every time

  • Mixing techniques that lead to melt in your mouth cake textures

  • Methods for prepping your cake pans so cakes never stick

  • How to fill and frost your cakes like the pros

  • Recipes for 2 frostings, fillings and a glaze

  • And much, much more

We will provide all recipes, ingredients, supplies and smallwares.  You will need to bring

  • An apron (flour and powdered sugar get everywhere)

  • Comfortable shoes (we’ll be on our feet most of the class)

  • A notebook and pen (you’ll definitely want to take some notes)

Mixing is an integral step in getting the perfect cake and our goal is ensure you can achieve the best results at home with the tools you have. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND you bring your own mixer to determine proper mixing techniques with your machine. There will be a limited amount of mixers available for those who cannot bring their own.

At the end of class, you will take home all of your desserts, any leftover frosting and fillings and a recipe booklet.
