This slight twist on the traditional pound cake creates a cake infused with a buttery, nutty flavor. Browning the butter takes an additional step, but it is worth it for the deep rich taste it adds to this delicious cake. Don’t be intimidated by brown butter. It’s really easy to make and we’ve added a video to show you the process.
