Whether you want to create tall 8 tier cakes or you want to recreate a scene in cake, these classes are for you! Each class is centered around a specific design, however we teach skills and techniques that can be used in various ways. We cover internal structures, cake carving, molding & sculpting, and lots more. Please note that these classes are designed for experienced cake artists who already know the fundamentals of cake construction.
